Most big companies otome games are on consoles, recently mostly on nintendo switch, but some games get a pc release. Idea factory has published Hakuoki, Cupid Parasite and Amnesia on steam. As for other otome games there's a tag for it : https://store.steampowered.com/tags/en/Otome/

The person above already gave a very thorough rundown, so let me share a game recommendation instead. On Steam, there's Taisho x Alice by Primula. It has a fresh and intriguing story, spanning 5 parts in total with 7 romanceable characters. The heroine is rather scheming yet brave, and her snarky commentary is really entertaining — she's a well-developed protagonist with plenty of depth.

Most of the available games on steam have eng translations and if you keep an eye out you get good discounts. But if you're looking for recommendations, a website called it.chio offers a wide variety of very interesting indie otome games. Some popular ones lately have been The Kid at the Back, *Don't Eat the Cashier and Helping Your Boyfriend if you're interested in checking out those.
