Can't save after Win10 upgrade for some galge?

The problem seems is after windows 10 major upgrade to 1909.

I have multiple games that will save in C:\Document folder

The old save file are still in the folder, but only some can be read and games can't save anymore.

I tried [さくら、もゆ。] [Whilte Album2] both can't save and can not read any old saves.

I would like to ask if there is any solution for that

I don't have さくらもゆ,so I can't try it

just change your system locale?

oh you are using full japanese install.
idk if the problem comes from I have english system.
