Question Can't access AS from PC?

Today when I try to access AS, it's always the same:

Tried Ctrl+F5 but no luck.
Had to use proxy to be able to post this. Weird enough I can access it just fine using my phone. Not sure if this has happened to someone else because it's the first time for me.

Yeah I am having the same issue with the front page of Anime-Sharing.com It was fine last night for me.

Typing the website on address bar and clicking Enter still returns the same page, but Ctrl+F5 now fixed it. Thanks a lot!
