Cannot launch Amae Haha Nozomi

So I try launching Amae Haha Nozomi - https://vndb.org/v11067

I get 2 errors that say Script error. (See attachments for a bunch of Japanese)

Cannot figure out whats blocking the Script, cuz the game runs fine on other computers (RUNS FINE)


What Ive done so far*****

Locale - Japanese

Tried Troubleshooting for Compatibility and tried to find this error in ANY thread but none have gotten this error

Date/Time/ Region - Japanese

Running as Administrator

Installing in C drive
