Almost the entire forum has disappeared these panels
When I create a new topic, instead of loading such a panel, I see a blank
Please fix the forum code, otherwise it becomes problematic to publish anything.
Or give out portable programs that support your forum code (to write the code of the topic already in it program)
Tested on Firefox and Chromium browsers
