Implemented Allow to edit thread titles

I would like to know if it's difficult to set the forum to allow edit thread titles, of course, now you can edit titles anytime you want but you can't see the changes when you check the list of threads, just when you go inside the post.

The purpose: fix mistakes, typos, etc. I know that the best solution is "check your threads before you post them" but you can make mistakes anytime, no one is perfect.

I'm sorry if this was asked before, I used the search option but I couldn't find a similar thread.

Hmm, for some reason the time limit was set to 0.

Anyway, you know have 30 minutes to change the thread title (after posting).
If you didn't notice the error until then, it's too late - allowing users to permanently have the option of changing thread titles would bring too many problems to be feasible.

I would like this option to be permanent but it's true that some users could make abouse of this.
