As far as I know, none of ChuableSoft's games ever had an English translation and the game didn't seem to garner that much interest when it went out, so I think it's very very unlikely it's ever going to be translated.

If you're got an interest in the game but can't read Japanese you may want to look into machine translation tools like ITH or such, there should be a tutorial somewhere on this site. The game is not hard to follow so you should be fine even if the text isn't 100% accurate, though you'll probably miss out on Yuuki's dirty jokes.
