i tried search, but probably just missed it somewhere :( if i come to dead links for my chosen premium service, may i ask for reuploads in that topic or there is a specific place?

Please contact the uploader in question. Posting in the thread is fine.
If you don't get a response after a week, report the thread so it'll be removed and the person responsible scolded.
