Hi, Just wondering I can not get a sound while playing this video... I am using K-Lite Mega Codec Pack v8.3.2 and I have been trying to play it using VLC v2.0.4, Media Player Classic and XBMC v11.0 Eden.. Please help.. Thanks

Install and use LAVAudio - it works with that.

For MPC: Options --> External Filters --> Add Filter...

MPC already has LAVAudio built in.. But I downloaded the latest version and installed it again... still does not work.. I tried searching on google and it seems the solution is pretty simple, using VLC.. but VLC does not work either.

My PotPlayer configuration:

Splitter is Haali. LAV was updated two weeks ago, everything else around half a year prior.

Used codecs:

My guess is that either MPC uses a severely outdated or a custom version of LAV thus messing up playback.

hhmm... this is really something... I downloaded the PotPlayer and just leave it at default... the movies played perfectly... Maybe the K-Lite Codec Pack is not compatible or something... I am actually using 3 players, because some of the videos I have are not played well at one player but played well at the other.. The players I am using is VLC v2.0.4.. MPC... and XBMC, the video does not work on all those 3.... well anyway.. it works now.. Thanks a lot! Really appreciate it..
