We already got subtitled versions and I stay away from raws unless absolutely necessary. There's just little appeal in uploading something most people don't want.

1) Are you absolutely sure that those are the best available versions on the net for the Certain Series or do they need more searching (I can help on that one)?
2) Do you know if there are any Dual Audio versions available (like DHD, Forge, Daman etc)?
3) If you answer me what versions are the best then can you please add some specials with them?:

1) While I monitor a number of groups, it's impossible to monitor the whole internet. There never can be absolute certainty about really having the best version - someone, somewhere might've uploaded a better version on a small forum or with a new, unknown group name.
2) The first season was released dubbed on DVD around last Christmas.
3) Keep in mind that "best" is subjective; all I can do is select the versions I would watch given my knowledge at the time, which might not be the objectively best (defined as average of the subjective "best" preferences). That's why I always kept these things open to discussion and always left others the option to find/suggest better versions. Claims to have the "absolute best" version available are at best conceited and at worst deluded.
That being said, I'll see about digging out the specials.
