In case anyone here is confused, the vn file that they are referring to is "data" folder that is on top of the list in the disc if you mounted correct. So you need to make "key.dat" (create notepad file called "key.txt" first that is "textless", then change the .txt to .dat by going to property from right clicking the txt file.) then move that key.dat file to "data" folder. Then, do not run any other programs but go straight to "Magatsubarai.exe" in the data folder. (not the japanese exe that's laying outside of data folder)
Then you have the game cracked and running.

So where do you need to copy that "data" folder? Because I cannot create key.dat in "data" folder, it says I don't have rights (even as administrator).
