I have same problem.

if you can't open the game
check "reg.ini" open
and make sure the word is not garbled
#REGNAME = "裸足少女\\ゲーム恋"

and then you can open the game
but it will require you insert DVD
You have to run "gamekoi1.mdf" when you run the game first time.
AND YOU CAN OPEN THE GAME "SiglusEngine.exe"

I'd like to give my 2-cents.
In my experience, I didn't need to apply any crack to it.
After installing it, I simply ran the shortcut from my desktop and it opened.
A pop-up will appear thanking you for buying the game.

I didn't test if you really need to mount one of the discs before opening the game the first time, but I had "gamekoi2.mdf" mounted.
I also didn't test if you need to set your time and date settings to Japanese, but mine are set to Japanese so I don't need to change it if a game requires it.

But to summarize, you do not need to apply any kind of crack to make the game work (or at least, I didn't need to).

If you clone your system drive to another computer, this game still asks for a CD. The same happened with FRILL group, so I think we need to keep the disk to backup

Try to restore the first partition geometry and clone the signature at mbr 0x1b8 ; work with a bunch of programs.
