Trying to figure out; the only way is to locate the text files inside every archive or iso where the exact name is written.
I have a bunch of game from nekosoft collected in years, and found that because of the name confusion same of them are wrong, usually the fandisks.
So i just got the full box that you can find here, but there is too much material inside to examine, so i'll do it when i'll have time.

Graphics , including the initial image of the game can be extracted with garbro-mod from github, also the archives often contain graphics not used there, but present in other nekosoft games.

If you specify a version of VN, and it is not on any of the official bases - my to formalize the topic requires to provide at least the official cover of VN, the date when it was officially published, who the publisher or publishers = this is a mandatory requirement of the administration.

In your case I could not find any information about White ～セツナサのカケラ～ fandisk, there is only information about White ～セツナサのカケラ～, including mentioning in the sale of disks with this version of VN.
