Haven't tried it myself but apparently it's because of the text hooking program people are using. You have to run the game first THEN once you're in the game, run your text capture hook stuff and hook to the game to avoid this issue.

Apparently a windows update causes the lag. Download a patch from "http://www.ordin-soft.com/sup.html" to fix.
