There is one on sagaoz.net. Open sagaoz.net/savedata/yarawa/41ra.htm and search (Strg + F) for ランス10. Then download the file on the right and put in the directory specified in the readme file. When I search for save files I google the japanese title from vndb or the game id from dlsite plus sagaoz for normal titles, plus dldb, which is a korean save game archive, for rpg maker games and if there still isn't anything I search the ulmf forum.
