No, the most recent inclusion is 2015's Miagete Goran and its fandisk Fine Days. It's only select titles, not even their full catalogue from the last 15 years, presumably where the "premium" tag comes from.

As an aside, the breakdown into one title per disc is kind of odd. Seems like a waste of money when they probably could have crammed the whole collection into just 4 or 5 DVD-9s rather than 16. I guess they were too lazy to create special installers that could handle multiple titles per disc. Although judging by the Konosora disc, they at least rolled all the available updates in so you don't have to install those manually, so that's something I guess.
