Hello I need some help

There is an update patch 1.20 which is newer than this torrent provided. When I installed the patch and I start the game it starts a random story with each character doing some stuff. The save/load, back to main menu, etc are not working or rather not available. The only functions that work is exit the game and skip button.

I see the game running just fine but the problem is where did the main story go?

Right now I have reinstalled the game and only update it to 1.10.
