Well I didnt understand that too myself as well I just had both ith opened and the buttons were the same. Memorize what is what and then close the normal ith and do that thing. About the black screen I don't know because that never happens to me. And what you mean by windows locale?

I am using windows with japanese system locale so I can play everything without issues and not neededing any applocale thing.

I just remembered one thing too and may solve your black screen issue. When I go to the game I open the game first then open the ith alpha and start game for text appear and once i see the hooked text close and open the normal ith and do the same.

So try open the game first and see if black screen pop-up if not then do the rest as normal. Good luck :)

yeah, I meant the system locale, not windows locale, was a glitch in my brain lol

So I deleted the what I originally installed, switched to Japanese system locale, restarted, and tried to run through the installation process, but when I get to the final step I get this error message and I can't proceed any further :(

I think you cant have the folder name with that weird name. That happens when you install the game not in japanese locale. And many games wont run unless you put in japanese or change to in our letters.

My name installed is 監獄アカデミアＤＬ and for you i see A????A????A kind of. And I cant fully understand but it is telling that the folder name cant contain those symbol below so you having full of ??? wont accept. So pick up my text i put here and change to that in that final step or change it to Kangoku Academia DL. It should work after that.

Ok I got the game running fine now, found the process in with the ITHV and selected it, but is it possible to get english language for this game?

Ok I'm retarded lol. What's the recommended translation program? I'm just copy and pasting the hooks into google translate now, but with the amount of text and screens it's a rather obtuse method, IMO

Get translator Aggregator from Hongfire and get ATLAS to use with TA but be aware that you can only run ATLAS after you put the crack and patch or whatever is in the folder or else expire in 10 days and you cant use it anymore unless you go back in time in windows clock.
