The version of the game is the same. In the other version the .rar within the torrent was a playable package of the game files, post-install. In this version the .rar contains an ISO image of the install disc.

Since the save files are stored in your user profile, you can perform an installation and still pick right up where you left off. Not that you need to; again, either version works the same - I personally prefer the ISO packaging.

My knowledge of Japanese is abysmal at best, but if I had to guess I would say that before translation "Justice" may be a synonym of "proper", "legal", or "genuine". Concepts are always the most difficult to translate. You can point to a bowl and say "this is a bowl". Explaining "justice" is difficult even in the same language.

tl;dr - there's no difference.

This version is the commercial disk release, with an ISO image that prompts you to install the game files into your hard drive.

The other ones, were the downloadable version of the game, where's just the game files. No installation needed.
