When i click "setup.exe" in the folder this error appears

Do you know why? Is the PC not set up correctly for Japanese or something?
further opening "mdf" and "mds" file the installation menu starts however when installing the game itself the window does not respond nevertheless I went to "gamedata" and there the game started
conclusion I want to write: thank you for sharing this dazzling game and... did I do everything right?7?7? o_0
