For the mosaic part, I really doubt it. I've tried to compare 2 CG galleries of the game, the original and the immoral edition on e-hentai.org/exhentai.org and I really couldn't tell the difference. The only slight difference I found, was some CG's slightly different, but that's like 1-3% of the whole gallery.

i'm not sure about this re-release version, but the original put saves into a folder inside your "appdata" folder. the actual location is a bit different depending on which windows you are running.

windows 2000/XP : \Documents and Settings\(Username)\Local Settings\Application Data\BISHOP\MD2\save\
windows Vista/7/8 : \Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\BISHOP\MD2\save\

again, this info applies to the old release and i am just assuming the save location might be the same. if someone else can confirm differently, please disregard this.
