Here the method to install this game on windows 8.1 ( 100% work )
- Extract to get cue/iso/mds/mdf files
- Mount it using DTL
- Open the virtual driver folder
- Run setup
- Click on install
- Follow the installing wizard
- Waiting for the installation finish
- Play
