Figured it out.
Install it to the default directory instead of a custom one and run it from the icon appearing on your desktop.

I went back to the first page and have a quick look at the error.

Here's what the first error message (The Left side) says:
"Graphic performance is inadequate. Initialization failed.
Texture Stage is unable to be temporarily registered."

Here's what the second error message (The Right side) says:
"Initialization failed. Application has been terminated."

Possible Solution (Not tested as I do not own this game):
1) Install to default directory (Default C drive directory)
2) Free up your disk space
3) Your computer graphic is too old. Update it to the latest version.
4) Download and install latest DirectX
5) Change your System Locale to Japanese

If it works with the above solution, congratulations.
