Well I managed to fix my problem...

This game HAS to be installed by mounting the .iso.
Usually I extract the all files from the image to a folder and install from there, which ive been doing all this time.

No idea why it dosnt work if you extract the files.

Ill try some of the things mentioned here, but if they dont work i guess ill just wait for a CG rip or something T-T, i dont want to waste all my day trying to make it run.

Yesterday i said i would try in another computer, i tried one with vista, and patched with alpha and stuff, worked well, game ran and didnt show the missing file problem i had with my main computer.

But it did had the weird gibberish text appearing, in the part where a dialogue choice came, it didnt show anything on the screen so i couldnt continue with the game (even if i spammed clicking everywhere); will try the putting everyting in jap format to see if it works, thanks for the info!

Looks like this game runs on the same engine as Monster Park 2 and Monster Hazard, if your running Windows 7 like I am, the way to fix the gibberish/non appearing text issue is to make sure your unicode is set to Japanese (which is probably already is) and change your language format to Japanese also.
This all done in Region and Language settings in the control panel.

Using Windows 7, I have to have the iso mounted to play it as well, and I need to change my format to Japanese to get the text to display properly. (most games don't require that for me)

Installed, patched and cracked successfully with "AlphaROM Cracker Build20121001".

Game requires the disc to be on to start though, no noDVD available? Ah well, guess after the rapid drop of the number of releases for the past few months, should be glad that this gets released at all.

Damnit, they are forcing me to laugh everytime any character cums in game... Their cumming SE sounds more like that hissing sound when opening a bottle of gassy softdrink or beer lol

Apply the new noDVD patch on the first page and then you can play the game without mounting the ISO file and the game even run without setting non-unicode programe to Japanese language, but the texts still don't appear. If you want to read the texts, set your location and formats to Japanese and use the ITH (Med) to capture the texts.

Huh, I had some odd problems with it (game crashes at certain points, or won't progress).

I tried installing on a virtual machine (japanese, of course) but when I try to run it I get "Ezerodivide" error...
