Ok, I got the game working but I have other questions now. I don't know if the skirt patches are working. Does the skirt removal work from the beginning of the game or do you have to reach the credits once for it to activate?

I have the same problem, it gives mistake on having executed the game and I do not manage to make it work in Windows 10 x64. Does it design someone to make it to work?

It's the original OP .rar file. Instructions inside. Basically:

Patch #1 - Removes skirt.
Patch #2 - Removes skirts, stockings, uniforms, etc. (Pantsu only)
Patch #3 - Restores the original game state.
