probably because the files are too deep inside too many folders, try moving the one folder where everything is placed and then move them out, like in the desktop or documents

and if that didn't work, try renaming the folder with non-english/non-japanese character into something simplier

its not in to many folders its the differnt file names move the core files out or rename the bad charcter named files.
