I write this to those who have my problem. I have used a way to solve the problem and play the game. So to the ones who Are stuck in 99.7%, follow the below instruction, it my help you open the file:
1.Stop the torrent
2.Check the files download percentage in your torrent client. the part 1 should be 99.6% and part 3 should be 99.5%
3.Use WinRaR software to open part 1 and repair it. It should repair without problem.
4.Then go back and select part 3 and try repairing it, it will pop up some Errors but just ignore them and it will also repair without a problem.
5.then copy part 2 and paste it in the folder with the fixed1&3 parts.
6.Add the word "fixed." to the beginning of the part 2 's name.
7.then it shall extrect the iso file without a problem ( at least for me it worked, hope it works for you guys too.
Have fun playing the game and don't forget to seed :)
P.S. the API setting at the beginning of the game lowers the graphic so use direct X.
