Ditto I want save data too can't seem to find it. To be honest all Japanese games should come with a save, the way I play these through once only because I don't understand language thus the need for save because its annoying to get all the endings and cg up without understandable options and story/text. Anyone have completed save yet can share?

Try running with Applocale http://www.emreakkas.com/windows-tips/how-to-install-applocale-on-windows-7 There a link to download it in the webpage.
You could also try changing region settings to match Japanese Unicode some games must have that to work http://crusang.net/how-to-play-japanese-games/ that should explain how to set it up.
Another option would be to mount the game with Daemon Tools or the like http://www.hongfire.com/forum/showthread.php/305731-Tutorials-for-installing-Hentai-Games some more info there
Another one would be rebooting your OS, another one would be installing the game closer to C: drive like C:\Games\blahblah some games only work if you rename the folder its in from a long Japanese line to say Tokuten but usually that's not the case.

One of them should work have fun! and always make backups of anything you do!

Oh and my guess would be to install game then install update 1.02 then use no DVD patch.
