I already re-installed it many times but I see no lder.dll even in the disc what does this mean

I kinda have a trouble, when I hit "yes" to install the game in the folder I pick, the installer freezes.
I am using AppLocale and I have jap support already, anyone can help me? .o.

I'm getting that same error. I thought it worked previously on my computer, but now this same message is coming up.
