Two gates were inadvertently opened at an archaeological site in an extraordinary turn of events. These doorways, leading to the mystical realms of gods and demons, bridged the human world with realities they had never perceived. The manifestation of magic and supernatural beings provoked astonishment and fascination among humans, who had only known a world devoid of such elements.

Yet, despite the initial shock, these three distinct worlds found a way to intermingle. Cultural exchanges took place, and gradually, a harmonious coexistence was forged. A decade has passed since these meaningful changes, and this unique integration has become the new normal.

Set against this vibrant backdrop is Koyo Town, home to Tsuchimi Rin, an average human student at Verbena Academy. Rin's quiet life, however, is on the cusp of drastic change. His town is recently becoming home to the families of the "God King" and the "Devil King" - each having a daughter who, for years, has nurtured feelings for Rin.

Their affection stems from a fleeting encounter in their younger years, an impactful experience that they held onto those feelings, cherishing them with unwavering steadfastness.

With the entry of these princesses from the divine and demon realms into Rin's life, a whirlwind of events gets triggered, introducing upheaval, despair, and a glimmer of hope into Rin's otherwise ordinary existence.

And then... the students at the school, both envious and sarcastic, label Rin as "the man who can become a god, devil, or remain a mere mortal."

Buying resources out of their own pockets, spending energy and effort, with almost no return so that everyone can enjoy the cultural and entertainment products of developed countries at almost zero cost walking in the dark to serve the light, they are real heroes
