There is a missing pic in the original file, the scanner has fixed this.
Please follow these steps:

• Rename images from "212_pg209.jpg" to the end like this:
  
  212_pg209.jpg > 213_pg209.jpg
  213_pg210.jpg > 214_pg210.jpg
  ...
  218_pg215.jpg > 219_pg215.jpg
  219_pg216.jpg > 220_pg216.jpg
  
  
• Add missing pic "212_pg208.jpg" in the original folder.
