VMの場合、特定のメンバーのプロフィールにアクセスして「Visitor Message」をクリックする必要があります.PMの場合、2つの方法があります。
会員の名前をクリックして、オプションの下のプライベートメッセージを送る。
2.メンバーのページに移動し、プロフィール画像の下にプライベートメッセージを送信します。

さっきあなたのプロフィールをチェックしました、あなたのPM設定が無効に設定されているようです。 それで、それを有効にして、あなたはPMを送受信することができます。

しかし、一部のメンバー（私のような）はVMを無効にする事があります、そのせいでプロフィールページでメッセージを送信することはできません。

For VM you need to go to a certain member's profile and click 'Visitor Message', for PM there is two ways:
1.Click member name, below the options pick send private message.
2.Go to the member's page, below profile picture pick send private message.

I just checked your profile, and seems like your PM settings is set to disabled. So enable that and you can send and receive PM's.

Though, some members (like me) disable their VM's, so it's not possible to send them a message by their profile page.
