On June 26, 2025, the final episode of Fuji TV's drama *"Namiurarakani, Meotobiyori"* (波うららかに、めおと日和) aired. The episode, titled *"ただ、あなたの隣に"* (By Your Side), marks the conclusion of the story. Natsumi (played by Aya Ogawa of Nogizaka46) and Tadaki (played by Kaito Okamura) decide to fulfill a promise made a year ago by going to see the fireflies. However, Tadaki is suddenly summoned, leaving with Ryunosuke Shinomiya (played by Yuta Koguchi) to face a stormy sea. Meanwhile, Natsumi, determined to protect her home as a naval wife, visits the Chinjufu to gather information about the fleet's situation. There, she meets Fumiko (played by Maika Yamamoto), who is worried about Ryunosuke. The two share their anxieties, but Ikuko (played by Ikumi Hasegawa) offers them comfort and encouragement, reminding them of the strength they need as naval wives. The episode concludes with a heartfelt look at the futures of Natsumi, Tadaki, Fumiko, and Ryunosuke.
