Miyabi (Sugisaki Hana) suddenly begins to suffer from transient amnesia and can no longer recognize Sanpei (Wakaba Ryuya). Osako (Iura Arata) warns Sanpei not to touch him under any circumstances, as the operation is too dangerous.
A few days later, Kashiwagi Shusaku (Kato Masaya) is brought to the Hills Central Hospital. Shusaku suffers from a severe brain tumor and there is nothing that can be done. Shusaku gradually begins to lose his memories and even forgets his wife. Seeing this, Miyabi becomes worried that he too will forget everything in the future...
Meanwhile, Sanpei remembers the MRI image of Miyabi's brain. The cause of the memory disorder is in an area that should never be touched by a human, and forcing the operation can be life-threatening, but if it is left untreated and recurs, the same result will occur. Miyabi makes a decision to Sanpei, who is immersed in surgery practice despite his conflicts.
