Drama Synopsis:
"あなたの心に寄り添う一夜を."。ここは誰も知らない『路地裏ホテル』。支配人に鍵を渡され、通された205号室で、宿泊客の彼女たちが体験した"不思議な世界"とは.？ストーリーは５編（各前編・後編による全10話）。櫻坂46、三期生初主演の、全編オリジナルストーリー。

EP3 Part 1 Synopsis:
夢のミュージカル俳優を目指してオーディションのため上京した吉井スズカ（谷口愛季）。しかし上手くいかず、半ば諦めかけ帰郷しようとするが、地元行きの便が欠航し、宿も満室。途方に暮れる中見つけた『路地裏ホテル』に宿泊する。支配人（仲村トオル）に案内された部屋に入ると、そこは見覚えのないライブハウス。売れないおっさんバンド"オポッサム"とノア（村井優）に出会う。
