Inside, there's a file called "voiceaccessory" with 4 folders containing the voices, and 4 text files which I cannot read, it just comes up as jumbled up nonsense.
It becomes something like "vo01_ACC00000 ê·åéâ‘ ÅuǮNjÇΩÇπÅIÅ@ë“ÇøÇ…ë“Ç¡ÇΩÉQÅ[ÉÄÇÃénÇ‹ÇËÇæÇüÅ`Ç¡ÅIÅv"

Can someone please copy and paste them into something legible?

If that "voiceaccessory" is a RAR or ZIP file, you may try to open it with WinRAR, and then change its contents' name encoding to Japanese before extracting them: http://underpop.online.fr/w/winrar/name-encoding.htm
