    PS Vita: How do I connect to Wi-Fi without Wireless or 3G?

    I will be staying at a dorm for a few weeks and found out that the internet there is only available through the classic telephone cable connection, like in a hotel. How can I connect to the Wi-Fi with my PS Vita?
