Nintendo Switch専用ゲーム『ボイスコミック 立華の契 Described on some sites as a bromance drama cd with pictures and also a BL on other sites. I think its more on the bromance side tho. Based on a manga but made into a eshop 'game'(voiced comic). please and thanks if anyone happens to have it and wanted to upload.
