language problem

I tried to install Yuki Yuna S game cd on my computer (new Toshiba Dynabook windows 10 free upgrade) but I keep getting this error about a 'tmp' thing?? (I can't seem to get it to display the message in JPN, I recently downloaded a language pack for english tho, is this related?) Help!! D; (also...
