@subzero is using a text hooker to translate the game, but the only text he can hook is "Day 1", which means that either the code is a bit redundant, or the hooker can't hook the game. And yes, the game is still under development, as you can't buy it from dlsite yet

Crack goes into the "data" subfolder. Then to play you have to start the .exe you put into the "data" folder. So it's something like C:\Program Files (x86)\paizuri\data <- Here extract the crack and then run the the only exe.
