Thanks a lot man, that works really well, appreciate it a lot. I was previously forced to download Luna Translator for this one to use it's hook function but that application was pretty unstable for me and caused the game to crash often. So this is really helpful. Keep up the good work.

Okay I used a better VPN service this time (one of the japan public servers from https://www.vpngate.net ) and was able to access the download page. Seems like both of the download links on that page can be accessed even without a VPN, so sharing them here...

Since Giga's support websites are down, there is no way to get the update patch other than the autoupdater exe in the game folder, but even the servers from where it pulls that data might go down, so here is the 1.04 update patch salvaged from the official site with the help of wayback machine...

Posting the update patch here since the official site which had it is dead now (with the domain being bought by some other organization), and all the links available elsewhere are dead too. I managed to salvage this by using Wayback Machine and thankfully a snapshot of the official page existed...
