As mentioned in my No. 15 post above, I got 1.03c1 instead of the plain 1.03c after applying the 1.03c patch, so I believe she's still there (nothing related to her according to the change log anyways).

The latest update should apply everything in the previous updates (at least that's the only version available for download in the official site).

Not sure if someone can share that "葉桜清楚参戦パッチ", but it requires that someone to have bought another game ("真剣で私に恋しなさい！A-1、A-2、A-3") previously: http://majideiyug.tenco.cc/
