well, if you know japanese good enough, then all good jrpg if not, then not much really for example english translated games: Perosna 3 as mentioned above, Growlanser 4, Fate/Extra maybe something else, i cannot remember

Visual-novels for Android & Co. for what you opinion about it?

I cannot imagine play vn on some small screen. PC is better, besides some VNs can have really good cg, its just waste of pleasure to play on smaprtphone. Well, its conveniently of course but useless anyway
