It's a command-line switch. If AGTH and its dll are copied to the game's install location, you'll want to type out: agth.exe /C /X2 sakurako.exe

Rapidgator seems to occasionally redirect downloads to its creepy download manager installer instead of the file you actually wanted, which might be what triggered your antivirus. Thanks for the warning even if it was false. It's always good to be careful.
