This link right here which was posted by one of the admins Tessu had the option to turn the animations on and off, I've downloaded it and confirmed. Though I just wish someone would translate this seeing as I like...

Just to let you know that the download link for part 2 is not working and gives a 404 error. The first and third are still working though
