What may work for you. NoRegion Loader.exe inside a No Region Loader.rar from a game(s) posted by girlcelly. Just move the NoRegion Loader.exe into the folder with the SiglusEngine.exe. (Frill Folder / 凛戒学園 Folder) Use the NoRegion Loader.exe, select the SiglusEngine.exe, click okay, save log... -
