  6. Need more pervert and delusional-type LIs in otome games!!!!

Need more pervert and delusional-type LIs in otome games!!!!

Yes... More weird, sweaty perverts... The person who mentioned seiya from 9R.I.P was right. That NIKKE girl is super cute. Honestly, I think a genderswapped design of her would work perfectly for an otome LOL
  7. Have you ever started an otome game for one character but ended up falling for a completely different one?

Have you ever started an otome game for one character but ended up falling for a completely different one?

I played dialovers for kanato and ended up buying merch of Reiji the moment i finished his route LOLOLOLOL... I also put Tilkett (SoK) at the bottom of my LI pre-ranking for being blonde but... folded anyway, since he's an okamoto character. I thought Heath would be my fav and he turned out to...
  8. TW: Why are age gap otomes between an adult and a minor common?

TW: Why are age gap otomes between an adult and a minor common?

I guess it's mostly because a lot of old otomes were marketed to a teen-girl audience, right? And who didn't want to make out with a teacher or two back then? It's not as if those girls don't know "a man dating a teenage girl is wrong", but they can't help that they're attracted to them anyway -...
  9. Do VAs influence you to start an Otome?

Do VAs influence you to start an Otome?

Well, I guess i'd have to already be semi-interested, but there's some VAs you see and just can't turn down. Saw an all-timer cast in Le Mirage Mystique with nohubiko okamoto (my fav, because i'm basic) & Hiro Shimono.... How am i meant to resist!?

  11. Are there any otome games you've replayed?

Are there any otome games you've replayed?

I haven't fully replayed any except for Taishou X Alice (to show it to some friends). I've replayed my favourite 9 R.I.P route a few times, as well.. I've been thinking about replaying Sins of Kaleido, also

  13. Reccs of Otome Games for a beginner

Reccs of Otome Games for a beginner

One of the first games I played was 9R.I.P. Even If: Tempest is a nice introduction to a /subset/ of otome games (more plot-focused than romance), so I do recommend it. Overall, though, I think you can really play any otome you want right away... Taisho X Alice is also wonderful. It must've...
  14. Do you look at otome game artbooks?

Do you look at otome game artbooks?

  16. Returning to an otome game after a long break: restart or continue?

Returning to an otome game after a long break: restart or continue?

I try not to take breaks, but if i did- 100% restart... I can't afford to jeopardize my game experience by not remembering the plot!! But i have bad memory issues, so maybe I'm biased?

Question is it okay to upload paid otome translations from patreon ? not mine !

I'm a filthy pirate, but these ones I sourced for a few friends who couldn't afford it, so it's okay if not. ^_^ If i can upload, where should I?
  18. If you could slap one character from an otome game, who gets it?

  19. Which otome route emotionally destroyed you the most?

Which otome route emotionally destroyed you the most?

Neji from Jack Jeanne struck me quite a bit, but only because I had experienced something similar... I can't say i've ever cried at an otome route, but Orsem's route from Sins of Kaleido reminded me quite a bit of another game that /did/ make me cry, so I'll probably say him.
  20. Do you prioritize playing newly released otome/bl games?

Do you prioritize playing newly released otome/bl games?

I usually play the new ones, because I don't have a backlog. I want to play what everyone on Twitter is talking about ... But I think it's semi-rare to not bother with a backlog in the otome space, so I get why some people dont
