Be aware, @satory, that the route in FF is not romanticised. It is possibly the most disturbing route I have ever played.
Dot kareshi has a priest route, but it is more of a fun parody game on RPG than a proper otome game.
Indie games aside, I agree with you that the Japanese commercial otome...
Was I just summoned*?:whipmaster:
Aside from the series being an incredible pain in the ass to collect (talking about drama CDs), I found the LIs interesting. At least for me, I view them as hyperbolised showcases of mental disorders, which is intriguing to analyse and observe.
I agree with...
Hi @Liiiii, so far Corda 2ff and Corda 4 should be completed and are pending on NPS (with the big help from @icterine <33). Some DLCs are posted above for Corda 2ff.
As for Harukanaru 3, some DLCs can be unlocked via a plugin if u have a Vita. I am not sure how it works on an emulator tho. The...
@hib Oh yeah, I will shout it to the moon if I have to, but Deitsa is seriously amazing. I had no idea you could get such a quality game for free. Furthermore, the tokuten part (behind those pocket clocks) added so many layers to all characters. It was the first time for me when the backstory...
Holy smoke, I immersely enjoyed reading through it, @hib. Thanks for taking the time haha. Since I have played FF roudoku style (reading aloud focused on Japanese) I was not aware of some issues, but now that u mentioned it.... Esp Ruto for me, he deserved so much better. I remember finishing...

I bet there are many more easter eggs I have forgotten, but I am so glad I have played Deitsa before FF. It is not mandatory, but it explains a lot of meta stuff + secret route
@OtomeAudio, @Nomdis2Dcookies
It is the prequel to Folie Fatale; the name is Deitsa no Makugire -Chouka no Torikago- https://vndb.org/v33335. Sadly, the game has no English patch (I played in the original), but it is a free one, so you can give it a try (possibly with MTL). I can't believe the...
Aside from BL named Symbiant, I have not played any English voiced otome game.
However, this filter setup might be helpful:https://vndb.org/filter-en-otome
Hi, I have played both prequel and sequel (still in the middle of playing DLC) :fullblush: . Highly recommend playing Deitsa; it explains a lot of what is going on in FF.
I had no expectation for this game and played only cause we were reading it together with my group (Japanese practice), but...
Thank you, @icterine and @801_9ma for the links and lists. I actually have Romeo and Juliet, Crimson Empire and Sorayume. I guess I will post them on the megathread.
