Thanks, ^ this helped. For everyone that has problems with launching the game uninstall all Vc redist from your system, restart (just to be sure), google for and install the full pack from previous post. Works for me.

After pressing "Play" button the game is stuck on black screen. Any1 can help? The User Data didn't fix it, registry bat didn't either.

I had the same problem. To make it somehow work I used ntLea Locale Emulator (You can search it out yourself - it should be easy :-P). There is a Font Setting in there that allows you to pick one of Japanese fonts. When I picked one, the game stopped crashing - the weird symbols stayed, but I do...
