try to google for the d3dl file. I think the youtube video guide is still up, grab the the uploader made himself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RkTEwa426w grab the ones in the video description, and then just copy paste it into the file with the executable file. I'm still using these.

Windows 10 HATES, old illusion games. Either get that Win10fix or, search for a Direct X file that makes them compatible.
